To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for an all-rounder with a commercial background (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Architect:in for construction supervision

To complement our team, we are looking for an architect for construction supervision as soon as possible.

Our project teams for recreational buildings, kindergartens and residential construction are looking for reinforcement in the higher performance phases (LP 5-9) with experience in construction supervision.

Your profile includes

• University degree architecture
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• good knowledge of Vectorworks and Orca, experience with BIM an advantage
• confident handling of relevant rules, standards and regulations in the field of construction
• independent, structured and reliable way of working
• very good written and spoken German
• good knowledge of another language
• friendly appearance
• Ability to work in a team
• A high degree of willingness to grasp the complexity of projects and to work on them independently
