Background and Objectives
The new premises at Stubenrauchstraße 7 provide the necessary expansion for our continuously growing office. Our previous location on Wollankstraße could no longer meet our growing needs. The layout, spread across two floors that were not accessible to people with disabilities, hindered both internal communication and workflow. In addition, the use of workspaces for meetings led to restrictions in daily operations.
The goal of the move was to address these structural shortcomings and create a modern, communicative work environment. At the same time, the new office is intended to reflect our architectural philosophy and planning expertise while providing space for approximately 20 employees as well as sufficient storage areas.
Work Environment and Concept
The new office space combines open workspaces with quiet areas for focused work and clearly defined meeting zones. This creates ideal conditions for collaboration, creativity, and efficient project work.
The design concept creates a welcoming atmosphere for employees, customers, and visitors alike and supports a flexible, future-oriented use of the space. The Stubenrauchstraße location now offers both spacious work areas and suitable rooms for meetings and quiet work.
