New office space

The premises at Stubenrauchstraße 7 in Berlin-Friedenau offer new space for our steadily growing office.

The office space of D:4 in Wollankstraße was no longer adequate for the growing demand, which resulted in structural deficits. Our work recently took place on two building levels, which were not barrier-free and made direct communication difficult. Space had to be created on the upper floor of the office for meetings, which meant that work there was hampered. As our office has been constantly expanding over the past year in the course of major projects and new challenges, there is a need for new premises.

The aim of the office move is to eliminate the aforementioned deficits and to create a communicative and creative working atmosphere. The design concept should be inviting for employees, customers and visitors and make our architectural attitude and planning skills visible. The functional goal is to be able to accommodate about 20 employees and to create sufficient storage space.

In the Stubenrauchstraße we now find space for our common work but also possibilities for meetings and concentrated rest.
